Factory Friday: July 18th

Factory Friday: July 18th

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Before its journey through production, the leather is rested and relaxed.

We build our boots in Eugene, Oregon, using materials Made in the USA.

Custom pair of Coyote Rough Out Uplands with a moc toe vamp.

This is probably the best batch of British Tan Grizzly we've received, and makes for an excellent Moc Toe Upland.

Following up our restock on the Uplands in Tobacco Snakebite will be a darker brown take using Eastern Brown Snakebite leather.

Like a freshly filled wine bottle waiting for the cork.

We've committed to perpetually internally assessing and adjusting our processes.

Filling the cavity with cork results in a very comfortable feel underfoot, especially as the cork forms to the foot through the heat and pressure of wear.

This was our fastest selling moc toe to date, and another batch is coming.

Like lasts and patterns, we design our own outsoles, and they're made right here in the US of A.

After stitching the midsole, the outsole is aligned and adhered to the midsole.

Uplands awaiting finish sanding.

Almost complete, these Tobacco Snakebite Uplands have been stained and are about to be buffed.

Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
