Leather Care Guide

Horse Rump

With Horse Rump leather, there will be some changes from our general instructions due to the unique nature of Horse Rump.

You will want to prevent the leather from drying out with the occasional application of our Leather Boot Cream. The frequency of application depends on your lifestyle and the climate in which you live.

When it comes time to apply the cream, less is more. Using a horse hair brush that you’ve designated solely for conditioning, apply a small amount of the cream first to the brush, and then gently brush in the cream using swift, intentional movements.  For water resistance, make sure to apply cream to all seams.
