Shipping Policy

Domestic

  • We offer free shipping for domestic, continental boot orders and those are shipped via UPS Ground. If another method is preferred, you can choose to pay for a different option at checkout.
  • For accessory orders, shipping method is up to the customer based on the options available, with USPS typically being the most economic method.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number. Allow for up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be live.
  • If you would like signature upon delivery to be required, please let us know ahead of time and we can make that happen.
  • If you have not physically received your order within 72 hours of having been marked delivered, you must notify us via email so that we can assist.

International

  • International orders will be sent via the method of your choice, at checkout. These options include USPS, UPS and FedEx.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number. Allow for up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be live.
  • If you would like signature upon delivery to be required, please let us know ahead of time and we can make that happen.
  • The customer is responsible for any and all customs and importation fees, and we will NOT alter the value of items to lower such costs. Customs policies vary by country, and we do not have an estimate as to what they are going to be in your specific country.


  • Please allow for 1-3 business days processing before orders are shipped, especially if placed on a weekend.
  • For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of returning the exchanged items to the customer. For more information specifically regarding returns, check read through our return policy page.
