Factory Friday: April 24th

Factory Friday: April 24th

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Double Shot is back in the building, both Sesame and Brown Double Shot.

Cutting into the Sesame for a restock on the moc toe.

First step is zig-zag stitching the quarters together.

Prepping the footbed for gemming.

We source our hardware from right here in the good ol' U S of A.

Brown Double Shot on our formal last is looking very nice.

Black Cherry Shrunken Bison preorders about to be lasted.

As well as the Juniper Crazy Cow preorders.

The previous Brown Double Shot upper once lasted and welted.

A new sample in moc toe form.

The magic resulting in custom formed boots.

Bison Bison Bison.

Welt and midsole trimmed, and ready to be stitched.

Watching this machine go is mesmerizing.

All finished up and ready to be boxed.

A view from below.

Java in our plain toe also finshed up this week.

Snuff said.

More next Friday. Sign up for weekly updates delivered direct—no spam, just factory floor reality.
