Factory Friday: March 13th

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

New color of oiled rough out being cut.

Zig-zagging the quarters together.

Attaching the gusset.

And the final closing stitch.

Sewn up and heading to have hardware added.

Oiled rough out is an excellent boot leather, and looks great in this new rich brown color.

Coming down the line currently is the Natural Rough Shot moc toe.

Lasting the Natural Rough Shot.

Cork is setting before we attach the midsole.

Here we use our 5-in-1 to trim the welt, midsole and outsole at the same time.

Stitching on the midsole.

Natural Rough Shot moc toes waiting to be finished with wedge outsoles.

After the heel nails have been applied, the whole stack gets sanded together.

Coyote Oiled Rough Out Mocs that wrapped up in production.

We also wrapped up another restock on Java Waxed Flesh.
