Factory Friday: December 5th

Factory Friday: December 5th

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Zigging and zagging.

Nothing like the smell of leather.

New treated rough out leather coming down the pipeline in a couple of different builds.

Coyote Oiled Rough Out is a new color in the same tannage as Black Oiled Rough Out from Seidel.

Restock on the BORO cap toe is getting hardwared.

Pull-up rich tobacco snakebite in the bullpen ahead of lasting.

The next few shots are of our new casual moc in Coyote Oiled Rough Out. It's been a moment since we dropped a moc toe on anything but our work last.

More lasting of the CORO.

Ready for welting.

...and here it is welted.

Carefully trimming the welt and excess upper leather.

Boondocker Moc Toe Uplands that released this week. A bit similar in color to the Whiskey Predator leather we've run in the past.

That's a wrap!

Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of boots shipped out.

More next Friday. Sign up for weekly updates delivered direct—no spam, just factory floor reality.
