Factory Friday: August 22nd

Factory Friday: August 22nd

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Preorders for the Charcoal Teton Stag are being cut and making their way through production.

To build boots from the bottom up, one must have racks of rolls and rolls of leather.

Bit of Tobacco Snakebite restock being sewn.

Those rolls above, here are the boots we're building from them.

New release coming next week featuring Horween's Predator leather in Dark Olive.

Setting up the lasts for the line.

Round and round it goes. In this case, it is our upcoming work moc in Dark Olive Predator.

Pressing heels ensuring good solid contact before adding nails.

The heavy lug on our moc has been very well recieved, a welcome alternative option to the more standard wedge soles.

Man boot co.

Last bit of Stone is getting the finishing touches.

Rife with a sort of inherent rustic appearance, these Stone Ramblers will be added this weekend.

Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
