It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

We try to do as much in-house as possible; this is our gemming machine we use to make our insoles.

Insole is stapled to the last and prepped for the upper to be lasted and attached.

Here the quarters are zig-zag stitched together.

...and setting the speedhooks.

Trimming the upper very closely prior to applying the shank and filling with cork.

Underneath the cork is a fiberglass shank. We prefer the fiberglass shanks for their strength, and making TSA easier.

Coyote Oiled Rough Out preorders are making their way through.

Heavy lug outsole being stitched.

Excess on the wedge sole is trimmed down.
