It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

That this is white-tailed deer never ceases to amaze.

Triple. Needle.

The last of this leather, don't sleep on it!

From the bottom, all of our boots look damn near the same.

Some of the Java preorders are going to be landing well before our estimated ship date.

Cork results in a footbed that conforms and molds to the foot.

These hefty cuts of veg tan serve as a sort of foundation for our boots.

Holy moly. One of the most saturated greens we've got from C.F. Stead.

While this comes in as a deep, dark blackberry juice-like color.

No snakebite kit necessary.

Pack it up, pack it in.

Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.

Looking forward to the green from CF Stead and dark blackberry.
It’s always inspiring to see this behind-the-scenes craftsmanship. I appreciate your workforce and all the people behind the scenes in customer service, etc… that make your company successful.
Looking forward to buying a pair of the snake bites when they come around again!
I love factory Friday… I can’t wait for Friday’s to see the amazing leathers. Hope to see sesame double shot soon.
Beautiful craftsmanship! Can’t wait to get a pair!
