It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

This guy runs the moc toe stitcher.

This is a patcher sewing machine, with a rotatable head and long arm to allow for repairs all the way in the vamp region of the boot.

Our mechanized splitter allows us greater versatility in addition to reducing waste.

Attention to detail is knowing to slow down during a turn.

Before and after corking.

We have no autonomous machinery; each step requires human hands paired with the appropriate tools for the task. In this case our outsole stitcher, which throws a stitch through the welt and midsole (in the case of wedges) and through the welt, midsole and outsole on everything else.

More loyalty custom pairs finishing up. This is Olive Teton Stag.

Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.

Been waiting a long time for black double shot on the casual last with a cap toe. Any chance that is coming down the pike soon?
