Factory Friday: June 6th

Factory Friday: June 6th

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

This is the start of turning the flat leather pieces into a fully three-dimensional object.

Charcoal Double Shot is making its way through in a few different builds, including this cap toe here.

Ever present on the line is Tobacco Snakebite. What if I said Uplands might have been cut?

I wonder how many miles of welt we've used in total...

Autumn Cypress on our Casual last prior to lasting. Autumn is a deeper, more rusty red brown than something like Tobacco.

Brown Double Shot is back in production after quite the hiatus.

Charcoal Double Shot as a cap toe has historically been a favorite, for a classic near-black boot, that goes with anything.

This batch of Brown Double Shot is just a little less dark than past batches, resulting in more Brown being revealed.

Autumn Cypress after being welted.

Same boots post-corking.

Another take on the Brown Double Shot, this one being a moc toe.

A bin of rubber heels, prior to being applied.

Earlier this week we restocked the Tobacco Snakebite on our Casual last.

Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
