Factory Friday: May 2nd

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

The pullup on Tobacco Snakebite as it rests prior to cutting.

Making a pair for a special lady.

Some Black Bull Elk getting sewn up.

The blue steel of Ink Cheaha in its cap toe form.

New dark brown version of Snakebite is in the works on all three lasts.

Stapling the toe, prior to the welt being stitched on.

Wide view of the Eastern Snakebite moc toe in production.

And a close up shot, so close you can see the hair follicles.

Ensuring a flat welt on the new mocs.

Heel stacks curing, prior to pressing and nailing.

Our outsole stitcher opted for Black Waxed Flesh.

Round and round the outsole stitcher.

Dark Olive Predator finished up and you'll be seeing an e-mail for its release next week.

This olive predator paired with our Formal last is unexpectedly beautiful.

Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
