It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Foundation of our boots.

Closing a Java Waxed Flesh upper.

This is Natural Rough Shot, a rustic waxed rough out, in a moc toe.

Each pair is lasted to match and here he is comparing the toes for alignment.

Trimming the upper.

The cork we use fills the gap between the footbed and the midsole, forming to your foot as you wear the boots.

An ol' rambler in for a resole.

Our Java Waxed Flesh Uplands are finished with our heavy lug sole.

Excess removed.

A second pair of ramblers in for a resole, here with our Eugene Regrind sole.
Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
