It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

The boneyard.

This beastly press saves backs.

The only fat stacks we've got around here.

After four years, it's hard to imagine how many boots she's sewn.

THOUSANDS!

Autumn Cypress is a beautiful but tough auburn leather that ages amazingly.

Our Work Boots, and all others, feature American made hardware.

The much requested Work moc in Java Waxed Flesh before being lasted.

Coyote's cousin Combat Rough Out is a great low maintenance leather, an easy choice for everyday wear.

We only offer this on our casual last currently, but what do you think, work boot?

Just welted, soon to be trimmed before shank and cork are applied.

Here we've skipped ahead and the midsole has already been applied. Adhesive is brushed on and cured before the outsole is placed, pressed, trimmed and welted.

The trusty five-in-one keeping it clean.

A batch of Autumn Cypress finished up this and is restocking today.

After finishing, the boots are thoroughly QC'd.

Almost done.

A final brush of the outsole and they're ready to be wrapped and boxed up.
Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
