It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Rich Autumn Cypress is being cut, sewn and lasted.

So is Java Waxed Flesh in multiple builds, including our work boot.

Classic Java. Still one of the best.

New Upland coming in the rugged BORO.

Keepers being attached to uppers.

A rack of Autumn Cypress (formal last) before being lasted.

Aforementioned Autumn Cypress being lasted.

After lasting, the upper is stapled to the gemming before being welted.

Welt.

The vamp is more or less the area from where the tongue attaches to the toe of the boot. A plain toe is versatile and classic.

Upper leather is hammered along the heel, prior to applying the cork, shank and midsole.

Adhesive being applied to the midsole.

Curing.

More curing.

Locked and loaded.

You really can't.
Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
