Factory Friday: September 5th

Factory Friday: September 5th

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Sustainability often is correlated with our ability to do things ourselves, relying on our own manufacturing capabilities wherever possible.

A restock on your favorite boot, Java Waxed Flesh, is in the works.

Snakebite is available in two colors: Tobacco, a rich middle brown that ages beautifully with wear, and Eastern Brown, a dark chocolatey brown. Thick leather with little to no break-in.

Java Waxed Flesh uppers awaiting hardware.

After lasting, the upper is trimmed, prior to attaching the shank and filling the cavity with cork.

Eastern Brown after having been corked.

Prior to attaching the midsole, it is glued on.

First they get cork applied, and then the midsole is attached.

A custom pair of Brown Double Shot moc toes.

We've come along way baby.

These are being packed up and will release next week.

Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
